Terms of Use

1. System Function

The Pactum Signatory System provides a neutral digital venue for the voluntary execution, memorialization, and archival of binding agreements between human parties. The System records assent events and generates Pactum Records based solely on information provided by users.

2. No Interpretation or Legal Determination

The System does not interpret, evaluate, validate, certify, witness, modify, or advise on any agreement content. No legal determinations are made by the System regarding the enforceability, sufficiency,
fairness, or meaning of any agreement or signature.

3. User Responsibility

All information entered into the System is provided voluntarily by human participants. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, the suitability of the agreement for their
purposes, and compliance with any legal or procedural requirements.

Users should retain copies of agreements and seek independent professional guidance where appropriate. The System does not provide legal, financial, or procedural advice.

4. Record Generation

Pactum Records are generated from user-submitted data and preserved as documentary artifacts.
The System does not alter agreement content or combine inputs across users. Each submitted
record reflects only the information provided at the time of execution.

5. Retrieval and Access

Access to Pactum Records requires the retrieval code issued at the time of execution. Retrieval returns only documentary fields such as envelope metadata, document version identifiers, execution timestamps, and signature statuses. No additional interpretation, assessment, or commentary is provided.

6. Data Handling and Storage

Agreements and associated artifacts may be stored in encrypted form within the System’s infrastructure. Storage is provided solely for documentary preservation and retrieval. The System does not use
agreement content for analytics, training, profiling, or any interpretive processes.

7. System Neutrality

The System remains strictly neutral with respect to all parties and agreement content. No party is privileged, validated, endorsed, or advised by the System. The System’s function is limited to recording voluntary actions taken by users.

8. Limitations of Use

The System cannot determine the legal capacity of any participant, resolve disputes, detect coercion, evaluate consent, or enforce agreements. Users must ensure that all necessary
formalities are satisfied outside the System.

9. Amendments

These Terms may be updated to reflect operational, procedural, or documentary requirements.
Continued use of the System after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
